We’d like to talk about a few of the potential benefits you could reap from an essential component of Legacy Planning: Trusts!

Trusts can transfer your assets to your heirs at death without going through the probate process. While a Will can drastically simplify and expedite the probate process, Wills must still go through probate. Trusts skip the process altogether, allowing your assets to pass to your beneficiaries through the terms of the Trust itself.
